What it is

FORSTNER COILCELL is a modular, stackable, automation-ready 2-ton coil handling system built around a compact double-decker tower with an integrated lift system.

Production impact

Coil logistics is often where productivity is lost, space constraints, slow changeovers, manual handling, and inconsistent feeding can limit output. COILCELL is engineered to help shops start small and scale step-by-step, moving from manual or semi-automatic coil handling toward higher automation as demand grows.

What it is

THALMANN D-POWER is a next-generation longfolder concept building on the proven THALMANN TD platform, with clear improvements in both performance and efficiency.

Operational benefits

Longfolder operations often need to balance throughput requirements with total production cost. D-POWER targets both by combining major energy efficiency gains with workflow-oriented upgrades that support reduced manual handling and improved productivity.

  • Quadro technology + new drive concept enabling significant energy reduction, D-POWER uses only one-fifth of the energy compared to the previous TD
  • More bending clearance for increased flexibility in bending operations
