Chandler Barden named to METALCON’s 40 Under 40
CIDAN Machinery Group CEO Chandler Barden has been named to METALCON’s 2026 40 Under 40 class. METALCON is an annual trade show and conference for the metal construction industry. This year’s event takes place in Orlando, Florida.
Chandler joined CIDAN as a sales engineer in 2013 and became Group CEO in January 2026. His appointment followed several years of preparation by CIDAN’s owners and Group Executive Management. During that time, he continued to work closely with customers and took on leadership roles within CIDAN Machinery Group and for the Metal Construction Association, including serving as Chair of the association.
Chandler’s journey reflects what Built Together means to us at CIDAN. People grow when they are trusted with responsibility and supported by those around them. Today, he brings years of customer conversations and industry experience to his role av Group CEO.
Congratulations, Chandler and everyone named to METALCON’s inaugural 40 Under 40 class.
