Keeping up with the times

Innovation, creativity, and flexibility – these are the three core strengths that MAGRO AG Blechverarbeitung, based in Rheineck, Switzerland, relies on. With a well-coordinated team of 18 employees, this dynamic company specializes in the production of frames, windowsills, parapet sheets, as well as standard and custom profiles. MAGRO AG is a valued contract manufacturing partner far beyond the borders of the canton of St. Gallen, particularly for façade builders, plumbers, roofers, and plasterers. High quality standards, extensive expertise, and a modern machinery fleet form the foundation for always staying up to date.

With the flexible and powerful PRO 40 folding machine from CIDAN, even steel sheets up to 3 mm thick can be bent with ease.

Qualitative Growth

“We don’t primarily strive for ‘more’ but for ‘even better’ – and not just in terms of product quality, but also when it comes to working conditions, production processes, innovation, know-how, and customer satisfaction,” explains Mario Magro, company founder and managing director. It’s immediately clear that this industrial sheet metal worker isn’t solely driven by profit: “Of course, we all must earn a living. But not at any cost. We also want to have a good time working together and enjoy the results.”

MAGRO AG in Rheineck reliably produces precise profiles for façade builders, plumbers, roofers, and plasterers.

Powerful Machinery

A look inside MAGRO AG’s production hall immediately shows what defines a modern manufacturing operation: a powerful machinery fleet. High-precision equipment for laser cutting, punching, cutting, nibbling, folding, and bending shape the picture – including the PRO 40 folding machine from CIDAN. “The investment in the PRO 40 has paid off in every respect,” says Mario Magro. “The machine impresses with its simple operation and high flexibility. The rotating combination clamping beam allows for lightning-fast tool changes, and even steel sheets up to 3 mm thick can be processed effortlessly. A particular advantage is the retractable back gauge – especially when bending windowsills, it provides us with clear and essential added value.”

Outstanding Service Quality

“I’d also like to expressly highlight the exceptionally high service quality of the CIDAN Machinery Group,” the company head continues. “Right from the start, we received comprehensive advice and support – and if an issue ever arises, it’s resolved immediately and efficiently. That’s exactly how it should be.”
