BASE (Bending And Slitting Engine) with punching
We have further developed BASE by integrating another type of machine. Plus(+) stands for punching. BASE+ has been integrated with a punching machine, the Prima Power Punch Genius, which is a significant upgrade to the production line. Now you can manufacture almost any punched profiles. Information about the punching is automatically generated in the nuIT software and sent to the punching machine. The operator does not need to program the punching machine separately.

The BASE+ offers an optimal solution for efficient sheet metal processing with its 6-meter-long capacity, suitable for steel up to 1.0 mm thickness. This impressive production line is designed to maximize efficiency, where only one operator is required to manage the entire flow. This means that BASE+ not only increases productivity through its advanced technology and length but also by reducing the need for labor demand, contributing to a more cost-effective and streamlined production process.
