CIDAN EVO DUO is our most powerful electrical guillotine shear, designed for maximum usability. Standard features include adjustable blade gap, flexible table rails, and sheet holders that follow the sheet down during the cut. The EVO DUO has low energy consumption, low noise levels, and can be configured in various ways to meet your requirements and preferences for a versatile machine.

CutLink control system
EVO DUO comes standard with a CutLink control system that controls following:

Blade gap adjustment
Blade gap adjustment optimizes cutting results for both thin and thick materials with EVO DUO electrical guillotine shear.
Sheet support with front delivery
The pneumatic sheet support is supporting the material during the cutting cycle. This ensures a maximum backgauge precision and prevent dog ears at the cut pieces. After the cut, the sheet support delivers the sheet to the front of the shear.
This is a great advantage when cutting large sheets or sensitive materials like copper and zinc.
Pneumatic controlled hold down beam with LED cutting line light
Pneumatic hold down beam that allows gentle handling of softer materials, such as aluminum. The distance is less than 35 mm from the beam to the cutting line, minimizing waste.
The hold down beam has an opening at the top, providing a clear view of the LED illuminated lower shear blades. This is very helpful when cutting along marked lines.
