The CIDAN MFB is a manual, user-friendly and portable folding machine designed to let you form sheet metal quickly on-site, directly at the construction site or wherever the work is carried out. It is compact, robust, and uses the same high tooling quality as CIDAN’s larger flagship machines. It’s a practical choice for everything from quick on-site jobs to workshop work where you want fast changeovers.

The MFB has a working length of 1270 mm, handles up to 1.5 mm steel, and weighs 380 kg. This makes it easy to place and move in a workshop environment while still being stable enough for accurate folding.

The MFB is built for fast changeovers with 100 mm high segmented box tooling featuring a quick-lock system that is easy to reposition. This allows you to adapt the tool setup quickly between different profiles without unnecessary changeovers. The machine also offers a generous 100 mm opening height in the upper beam.

The MFB is supplied with corner tools as standard, providing maximum flexibility for forming box shapes and similar profiles. The tool height in the lower beam is 60 mm, and the tools in the upper beam are 94 mm high.

The MFB is designed for simple operations with high-quality results. You can adjust the sheet thickness setting for optimal folding performance and fine-tune the folding angle using a quick-adjust handle. For repeatable dimensions, a T-shaped backgauge rail provides flexible settings for consistent positioning.
