Three days of hands-on, small group learning for distributor service teams

Give your service technicians the skills to get the most from CIDAN machines. Join us at our factory for an immersive program that combines practical workshops with focused seminars—so your team leaves confident, capable, and ready to support customers on site.

What you’ll learn

• Diagnose and resolve issues faster with structured troubleshooting
• Perform standard installations and service on CIDAN machines
• Calibrate standard machines for consistent, repeatable results
• Work efficiently with nuLINK and ProLink
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams; understand electrical basics
• Plan wear-part replacement and preventive maintenance

Format & highlights

• Six small group workshops rotated over three days, led by CIDAN experts
• Targeted seminars on electrical fundamentals, electrical diagrams, and spare parts (wear & tear)
• Hands-on practice with real machines and real scenarios
• Factory tour & networking session on Tuesday evening
• Meals included: lunch (Tuesday-Thursday) and dinner Tuesday evening
