Sheet support SSM
SSM (Stacking Sensitive Material) is our cut n’ stack system that speeds up your electrical guillotine shear and never leaves you with scratches or dog-ears. The sheet support is pulled back fast as lightening and the cut material falls gently down onto the moveable material wagon (option) where the sheets are stacked at a speed of up to 24 panels per minute.
The rear side of the machine is covered with mechanical side fences and light guard, for easy access to the moveable SSM material wagon.
Pneumatic controlled hold down beam

Sheet support with rear delivery
This option means that cut pieces are delivered on rollers to the back of the machine – the backgauge is 1000 mm and equipped with a fixed return plate for narrower pieces.
The rear side of the machine is covered with mechanical side fences and light guard, for easy access to the cut pieces.
Optional – Extra rails with rollers for pneumatic sheet support (rear of the machine), up to 16 rails for RAPIDO 32.
Only available for RAPIDO 32.
Moveable material wagon
The moveable material wagon is offered as an alternative to fixed return plate for return to sender option. Easily move cut material to another workstation with this option. Plus, it can be picked up with a forklift.
Extendable table extension
An extendable table extension can be pulled out 800 mm from the cutting line, facilitating the handling of large sheets.
