If you discover or suspect a cybersecurity vulnerability or security incident related to a CIDAN machine, control system, software or connected solution, please report it to us.
Early reporting helps us investigate the issue, reduce potential risks and take appropriate action.
How CIDAN handles your report
We treat all reports confidentially and will confirm that your report has been received.
CIDAN will assess the information, contact you if further details are needed and involve the relevant technical teams and suppliers where necessary.
When required, we will inform affected customers and provide recommended actions or relevant updates. Qualifying vulnerabilities and incidents will also be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable legislation.
Responsible reporting
Please do not carry out tests that could affect machine safety, production, systems or data. Only investigate products and systems that you own or are authorized to test.
Please keep information about vulnerability confidential while CIDAN investigates and addresses the issue.
If you detect suspicious network traffic, disconnect the CIDAN machine from your network where this can be done safely, and include details of what you observed in your report.
If you believe the issue presents an immediate risk to people or machine safety, stop the affected machine where this can be done safely and contact CIDAN Service immediately.
