Crowning is an important feature to make a perfectly folded part which is why all CIDAN power folders are equipped with adjustable crowning. Whether the material is thick or thin, short or long, soft or hard, needs to be folded in the middle or the side of the machine, the results are always straight and precise. The K15 is equipped with manually adjusted crowning, however, other CIDAN folders are equipped with automatic crowning.

CIDAN F folding machine is fast, user-friendly and reliable. The new construction is robust with welded sides, extra strong lower beam and clamping beam. The generous 150 mm opening height and the generous beam openings allow greater flexibility.
The folding beam comes in three different widths, offering the best result for any profile and material, with keyholes for fast changes. The strong but compact folding beam makes the operator’s work easy and the entire process is speeded up as the clamping beam opens before the folding beam is back in place.

Control system ProLink W comes as standard with a rotating 15.5″ touch screen, as option there is a 18.5″ or 21.5″ touch screen on a pendant arm available.
We offer numerous folding beam widths of from .393? (10mm) to .787? (20mm).
Ball casters on the back gauge assist with the positioning of larger, heavier parts and reduce the risk of scratching the material.
The EGS back gauge is a cost effective back gauge without the customization capabilities of the AGS system. Designed specifically for the F and FS, the EGS-25 is equipped with 10×2 stop units, EGS-30 with 12×2 stops units and EGS-40 has 14×2 stop units. First row stop units are made of spring steel as standard. The back gauge has one servo motor and belt drives on both sides and it takes less than two seconds to get an exact position between 2 and 1020 mm (.080″–40.2″). All the stop units can drop down automatically to avoid collision when the material needs to be rotated on the table, (ball transfers are available as option).
